Only a God of supreme intelligence, and everything runs by physics, laws and accountability. It has been programmed to obey these laws no matter what, even if astronauts, or robots visits these galaxies, there is still no way of knowing what ever else exists out there, but I have had dreams of other life forms that exists out there but they are not human and they have no emotions, they too are scientists. Their galaxy is llimited to another space, but every so many solitice moons, they slip into a hole and end up in our galaxy and they never find their way home. Amazing isn’t it! Imagine other life forms, we can’t ever begin to wonder about their intelligence, and then again they may be wondering demons that were expelled from the heavens in which they can never return, only a God has the answers. The answers to some of these questions about the galaxy is in the bible. Try reading it.
