I am now don’t to look forward for this kind of winter season, because this year for the first time since than, We had have experiecing a horrible snow storm and unsual cold weather in our state, filled icy, I have been stuck myself in the house.

Great Tree, I’m glad you moved to Colorado from Texas, I just moved from Colorado to Texas. I lived in Ft. Collins for 4 years, don’t get your hopes up and picture a “White” Ft. Collins, you’ll still need to travel a little to enjoy a full time white winter. Good Luck………

I live in north west texas ( Amarillo ) and this is the first year in years that we have seen the return of the black catapillar. They are so thick this year. My grandfather would say when we were kids that winter would be rough if they came out in groves. Has anybody heard of this ??

See global warming has goten ride of one of central california’s seasons already lol JK: Buy the way who really knows what the weather will be like. I personally like the suspence, anticipation and ocational suprise. I do hope to see a little more snow than last year as it does do the underground aquifers some good. I do like snow i think its astetically pleasing. I to have noticed more ground hogs hummm. dont know but no scientific proff that means hard winter. I live in Tennessee

Here in Central California it was 87 today. That probably sounds great to some of you, but to me I hate it! I love the fall and we really don’t have much. It takes until Dec. to get really cool and it lasts through Jan. Then starts warming up again. We NEVER have four seasons. You are all very lucky!

I’m with you, Susie from Camden, AR. I’m from Arkansas but lived in Illinois for nearly 12 years and got used to their beautiful Winters…I’m longing for a bit of snow myself.
