Ah yes country living--today I went to the basement to get clothes from the washer. The basement floor was flooded, and I saw that the utility sink that the washer feeds into was clogged. I reached into the drain expecting a handful of lint, but instead brought up a dead mouse! You kind of get used to this stuff, so I put on a disposable glove and threw it outside (after screaming and throwing it back into the sink of course!)
