We had a burst of heavy snow move through the state and winter storm warnings were posted across the area. We had 4 inches of snow last night & March 2013 was already our 3rd snowiest March on record. We had an impressive 23.4″ of snow in March alone. March 2013 was 14 degrees colder than March 2012… and not to mention it was 22 degrees a couple of nights ago
