To enter without going online, you may send a 3"x5" card with your name, address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth to: Farmers' Almanac TV, 310 East Factors' Walk, Savannah, GA 31401.
All online and mail-in entries must be received by Farmers' Almanac TV by 11:59:59 pm ET on 4/30/08.
Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of Farmers' Almanac TV.

CONTEST RULES:
1. The contest is open to the general public. Employees of Farmers' Almanac, Farmers' Almanac TV, its contest sponsors, and employees' immediate family members are excluded from this contest.
2. One vote per e-mail address for each 24-hour period between the dates of 4/1/08 and 4/30/08. Odds of winning depend on the number of correct and/or eligible entries received. Farmers' Almanac is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or damaged mail or email that results from any source - technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, garbled or delayed entries or other communications or other technical problems related to the sweepstakes or sweepstakes' entries.
3. FarmersAlmanac.com is not responsible for any email, online or mail delivery service problems for entries not received.
4. By entering the Contest, you release Sponsor, participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
5. Farmers' Almanac and Farmers' Almanac TV will choose a Grand Prize winner and four runners-up from a random drawing on Friday, May 9, 2008. Prizes are as follows:
Two (2) 2nd Place Prize winners will receive: a 4x4x11 Naturalyards raised bed, $25 gift certificate from Johnny's Selected Seeds, 2008 Farmers' Almanac and a consultation from Patti Moreno.
Two (2) Third Place Prize winners will receive: a 3x3x11 raised bed, $15 gift certificate from Johnny's Selected Select Seeds and a 2008 Farmers' Almanac.
6. Prizewinners will be notified by e-mail within seven (7) days thereafter. To claim a prize, winners should follow the instructions contained in their notification.
7. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. All prizes will be awarded. Prize Winners must execute an affidavit of eligibility and before they can receive their Prize. Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within fifteen (15) days after delivery of notification will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. Limit one prize per household or address. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
8. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which Farmers' Almanac and Farmers' Almanac TV may deem appropriate.
9. Farmers' Almanac TV retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever. Approximate value of prizes vary.
10. This contest is subject to all federal and state laws.
