All you will need is gingersnap crumbs. So get out a Ziploc bag, place the cookies in a bag, and roll a rolling pin on the bag until the cookies are crushed into crumbs. Here are a few tasty ideas for your gingersnap crumbs:
Gingersnap Cheesecake Crust Recipe –
In a small bowl, stir together 1 ¾ c. gingersnap cookie crumbs and ¼ c. sugar. Stir in 1/3 c. butter and press into the bottom and slightly up the sides of a greased 9” spring form pan and fill with desired cheesecake batter.
Gingersnaps and milk taste great together.
Gingersnaps and Milk Beverage Recipe –
Add 1c. milk, ½ t. cinnamon sugar, 1 T. maple syrup and 3 gingersnap cookies to a blender with 6 ice cubes. Blend until cookies and ice are ground. Serve immediately.
