		<description><![CDATA[Oh, somebody please tell me that there&#039;s a way to make some of these things without sugar!  As a former diabetic, I still watch my carb intake closely, and can&#039;t afford to waste them on sugar.  Do you suppose these recipes could be sweetened with mostly stevia (no health disadvantages) and perhaps a small amount of honey or fruit juice?  Although I don&#039;t yet know where to find quinces, I&#039;d sure love to try them.]]></description>
