Another yummy banana treat is banana ice cream… just cut up the banana, put the pieces in the freezer for a couple of hours, and then throw them into a blender until they reach ice cream consistency. All the deliciousness without any added sugars :)

dip whole banana skin and all into water till peel turns black take out banana will not turn
