Fast and Easy No Sugar Added Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients:
1 pound fresh cranberries
1 (12 ounce) can 100% apple juice concentrate, thawed
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
1 teaspoon orange zest (optional)
Directions:
Combine cranberries, juice concentrate, and flour in a pot. Cover and simmer 5-10 minutes on medium heat until most of the berries have burst and sauce thickens. Stir in zest and/or walnuts and serve.









If you notice a hole in the upper left-hand corner of your Farmers' Almanac, don't return it to the store! That hole isn't a defect; it's a part of history. Starting with the first edition of the Farmers' Almanac in 1818, readers used to nail holes into the corners to hang it up in their homes, barns, and outhouses (to provide both reading material and toilet paper).
