Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
1 14-oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan, Romano, garlic, basil, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach. Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased baking dish. Top with mozzarella. Bake about 25 minutes, until lightly browned.

If you notice a hole in the upper left-hand corner of your Farmers' Almanac, don't return it to the store! That hole isn't a defect; it's a part of history. Starting with the first edition of the Farmers' Almanac in 1818, readers used to nail holes into the corners to hang it up in their homes, barns, and outhouses (to provide both reading material and toilet paper). In 1910, the Almanac's publishers began pre-drilling holes in the corners to make it even easier for readers to keep all of that invaluable information (and paper) handy.

Fabulous! recipes and ideas are awesome i am going to save these recipes and some are perfect the way they are, some i will tweak to my liking but i lost my “baked brie”recipe an i was looking for another one.Great, another great thing about Farmers Almanac,great thanks again!!!!!
