		<description><![CDATA[For Ozzyburg:Cook apples with ginger root,cinnamon and nutmeg...a little sugar in water.The water should only reach up to half of the apples. Cover. Boil and immediately lower heat to low. Let cook until the apples are soft. Cool or put in fridge.. Put in blender warm or cold.       Handful of sunflower seeds in blender. Blend to a flour substance. Add one glass of milk and one banana. Blend. This one gives you energy for the day. No salt in these two drinks !]]></description>
