Ingredients
1 pound pecans, shelled
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1 egg white
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Whip egg white and water together with a fork. Add sugar and seasonings to egg mixture. Add nuts and coat on all sides. Bake 1 hour at 250 degrees. Place on foil to prevent sticking.
