		<description><![CDATA[I fix my Quinoa plain in the beginning of the week, and keep it covered in the fridge. I am a Celiac, so this replaces oatmeal for me. I take one cup of cold Quinoa, 1 tblsp of organic peanutbutter and a little water to thin, microwave for 2 minutes. Add cut up fruit, like bananas and a little brown sugar, and YUM! Breakfast!]]></description>
