Protein-Rich Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk or soy milk
1/2 cup silken tofu
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
2 bananas, frozen
2 tbls chocolate syrup
6 to 8 ice cubes
Directions:
Pour all ingredients into a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
