Does anyone know if the snow is over for the northeast , or are we just being teased by old Mother Nature.  I live in the Laurel Highland mountains in Pa and it is a pretty sunny day with a temp of 47, some of the Spring flowers are starting to peek out and the birds are singing like they are celabrating life, sure feels, sounds, and looks like Spring.  Not all the snow is gone yet though we had feet of it, that will take awhile to melt.
