I remember this thread was very popular, and I was about to go visit but they updated the site again! Here are at least, the pictures and a video that I had posted, and, sorry it is so large:

And, as of finnaly, here is the video of the little stream I took:

Nice photos.
I can't believe it… green grass and many plants poking out of the ground in mid-March here. I've never seen it before in my life. I'd take pictures but I don't have access to a camera right now.
I wonder if the trees will grow leaves earlier than normal this year… guess I'll have to wait and see!
The pine trees have already brightened quite a bit, especially after the rain.
Loving the pics… I after weekend rain in NYC, looking for the spring weather.
There, I think I fixed the pictures now!
The grass is almost entirely green now. Wow!
Perennials survived the 20 degree nights and are continuing to grow in the 50 degree days. They could use some more rain though.
Nice photo's flake. I'm ready for spring. I've got perennials coming up too but then I am way down south. It is early for them but not necessarily unusual. Can't believe your grass is already so green MM. That is amazing!
Thats greener then where I live, the people who get their yard taken care of it is just green! But for those who leave the grass for itself, it looks like wheat during late August!
I have some more pictures for y'all. I'll have pics of the flowerbeds after a few weeks of warm weather and rain. The pear trees are blooming and so are the cherry trees.
Daisies, Tulips, and Crocus are blooming too!
I love Spring!
i love the pictures flake fan. good job.
Here are some pictures I took earlier today:
Earliest I've ever seen this pond ice-out.
Maple bud… maybe the trees will bloom early this year?
Not sure what type of plant this is, but it's off to an early start!
Here are the pictures!
More coming! Enjoy!
Here are the rest!
The Pear Trees are really blooming now!
Enjoy!
The crocuses were blooming, until the 8″ of March snow came on the first day of, SPRING! Most are probably dead, but daffodils and crocuses were in full bloom and ornamentla grasses were starting to pop up. My lilac buds were opening but since the snow most are closed back up a little bit. I will try to add pictures of my crocus bed soon!
Ouch, lol. That's exactly what happened here in 1998.
The plants themselves still might make it IF the snow melts fast enough and the plants get enough warmth to generate new flowers…
The crocuses would have been opened up in full bloom had it not been for the clouds and snow!
So, I was curious, what do y'all think of the pics of my street? I have always thought my neighborhood was rather lovely. What do you guys think?
Seems like a very nice neighborhood
… the houses aren't on top of one another, there's plenty of space for greenery, and everything looks in top shape.
Some of that grass will have to be mowed soon! LOL I haven't mowed since the second weekend of September and probably won't end up mowing until at least the middle or end of April, normally not until early May.
Looks like you've had a lot of rain lately too… that helped the pictures!
Here, this picture says nothing but spring arriving with melting snow, green grass, and blooming flowers. That tree is a crape myrtle that does not start putting out leaves until May or late April if you are lucky.
