Nice! We don't get those until late May (mine are early June because of tree shade) so you're about a month ahead of me there, along with the strawberry flowers.
Actually, the lilacs are blooming very early this year. I don't get blooms until may most often…and I'm with you on mine not being as healthy. Most other lilac bushes look totally purple right now. (Mine still smell the nicest)
I would post pictures of the weather, but it's not good for your camera to take pictures of the sun.

I just saw a few strawberry flowers earlier… they're out quite early this year! Most trees are putting out leaves too, about 1-2 weeks ahead of normal.
Spring has sprung!
Every spring my husband and i go flower- huntng…and since trillium is a rather hardy, self sustaining plant, it had really taken off this year in the shaded areas of our backyard where nothing would grow except for sedum and my nemesis, the evil dandelion….ill have to take some pictures and post them for you guys— theyre impressive at a time when all you have nothing else (wild) flowering..
