We are getting pounded HARD by rain,wind, and golf ball size hail was falling eariler. Woke me outta a dead sleep the rains were so loud hitting my roof. The picture is what most recent map and the bright reds and yelllows to the west are coming for us. Looks like there will be delays at work today. Kinda sucks cuz on idle time i dont make money and the bills dont get paid.. If it was up to me id work in the rain i did it before will do it again.
Golf-ball size hail wow that does not sound fun, sounds like it could do some real damage. I hope that you, your family, and your property remain unharmed, and that you can get to work soon. It's not fun to lose business due to the weather!
The family was. The wife was a little freaked out and the son was fine. our garden planets got abused by the rains and wind and hail but my wife will work in the garden today to fix the damage between the rain drops. and work was half a day i guess there is laws that i cant have my workers work in the rain i bet if i pay em more for one day only to work in the rain they would and a few did the others stood at HQ in the garage. So i sent them home im not paying people to stand around. and couldnt do lawn service today so we did some looging trimed a crap load of trees and cut some up that were tipped over from the storms this morning. Least i made SOME money today.. And thanks for asking about the family mainmean that was nice of you. I hope your allmost rocovered from your collar bone thing as well.
Wow Dan sounds like some terrific storms rolled through up there! Glad you guys didn't suffer any serious damage and everyone was safe. I have to admit…golfball size hail would freak me out a bit too. Hope you could make up for the lost work today.
Yea it was pretty cool storm loved the lighting. i got it on film my kid was standing in the in-screen porch deal we have filmin it on his digtail camera if i can find time to upload it on youtube ill pass the link along and u can see it. and nah no big time damage just the garden and flowers got hit a little. My boat has dings in it from the hail. And ya i made up for yesterday today. had alot of contracts was running a day behind but i finally got em all done. Anyways have a great weekend!

I haven't had any real severe weather… other than the 2 minor thunderstorms I had back in April. May has been a very quiet month, but once June rolls around I'm sure I'll start seeing a few more t-storms.
My collarbone is doing much better, thanks for asking. I'm just working on re-strengthening the muscles around it because they got weak when my arm was in a sling for 4 weeks. To give you an idea, lifting a 2 pound weight makes my arm tired, haha. It takes time I suppose.
Hopefully your garden recovers well. Mine seems to be recovering from those cold nights I posted about… spinach is a tough vegetable I guess!
