Since when am I an expert? I'm flattered
. My guess is probably sometime during November/December. MAYBE mid/late October, from what I have noticed. Don't hold my word, as these are just guess. I took into consideration when we get our first cold snap down here in South Carolina, and went a few weeks behind that, seeing as how y'all are futher north. A really good cold snap doesn't usually happen down here untill December. MAYBE late November at most. Most of our cold weather comes in January/early Febuary.
