Oh, sorry I missed your Post. (In addition, Be Sure to ask Fatherfrost, Okie, and anyone else who you want, I'm Not the best forecaster here

My thoughts are the main strom track (the northern stream), have 3 scenarios that should appear this winter (predominate tracks). One track through the Northern Plains during positive AO/NAO periods, one into the Lakes/Midwest, and, during negative NAO/AO periods, a track through the ohio valley and/or up the spine of the mountains.
I made a mathematical error last winter in the great lakes/Ohio Valley/Upper northeast, and I apologize for that bust.
negative NAO/AO? isnt that where the jet stream dips and allows cold air to spill into the areas it effects..i sure hope it happens allot!!!
So do I. No lie.
Sounds like a very rainy winter for me unless enough cold air can get sucked down from Canada to make it snow… won't happen if it gets blocked into the lakes and interior though.
The kind of winter that can rock for Vermont and New Hampshire yet stink for me.
