K did some research and here it goes

 pac northwest will be a few cold spells but just mild with slightly above average snowfall with more windstorm then usual then by janurary i'm seeing more like rain/snow from January till march but even windyer 

Midwest colder and snowier

southeast dryer and warmer more rain about late winter

southeast few storms of cold and storms

south average snow but still wamer dryer 

northeast less snow but cold and fewer snowstorms
