Nice waves for the coast, some spots over 8″ of rain, windy on the east side of the storm, rain y on the west. Severe WX possible on the eastern side as well.
Weather channel said the heaviest rain is sitting in a glob of storms on the eastern side. They have all of the eastern halves of SC, NC, and VA in the area that could see 8+ inches.

I can agree with this wholeheartedly. I'm very concerned about flooding in Florida and the east. After Nicole the Caribbean will reload and the next storm could be a lot more dangerous.
I also don't believe Nicole will be a major tropical cyclone regarding winds. It is a rather large area of low pressure and typically larger cyclones take longer to organize. It is also possible Nicole could become absorbed by a frontal zone by the weekend.

Thats funny. Back when I worked at Dollar general, I had a few orders that came up to be $6.66. I'd repeat the total back to the customer…and they'd say “Wait..let me bump that up.” And they'd get a pack of gum or something. It was funny. Then there were the people that got the total of $7.77. That was funny as well.
them guys are all freaked over the 666 thing. i am too i dont want sin on me heh. it's all good and haha i would have laughed if someone came up with an order of 6.66 and prpously bought something to knock it up a cent or dollar.

I have another 0.5 to 1 inch of rain coming according to most models, although one model shows 3+ inches.
This storm will probably put me over 5 inches for the month… not bad considering that September 2009 only brought 0.10 inches of rain to my area.
Grandin, you are hilarious man. and weather411 why are you acting like Grandin's mommy? what business is it your's to condemn and scold dan? I am pretty new and I am not trying to intrude into a conflict, but this is only my personal opinion; Grandin is an awesome poster in my perspective. He is a hard working American, he likes to grill and have a good time with his buddies on the weekends, and he is a regular poster. I love reading Grandins posts more than anybodies, (save for WJP cause he is just extremely aggressive with his forecasts LOL.
