Ok so all i have been hearing is the east is going to have warm winter. Can anybody give me any good news or if were going good winter for the next 5 years

Well, you can look toward the rapid building of snowcover (E.G. Siberia region), which is above what it was last year around this same time. It's one of the best ways to get a good idea as to how cold the east could get during winter Enough of that is really gonna make a difference as to how warm it could get. If you don't understand what I mean, go to youtube and type in “Predicting Winter.”

This is just one of the things out there that can throw a wrench into the works of this la nina and make for some surprises throughout the winter, so the east shouldn't throw in the towel right now. A lot can and will change between now and later in a way that while it will not be like last year, we can still get a decent winter if everything comes together correctly.
The next five years, I'm not sure what will happen. We'll just have to play The Waiting Game for that until then.
This winter may be warm for 80 percent of this country. But BUT you wait and watch. starting spring/summer 2011 it will be wet and cooler ALOT cooler than spring/summer 2010. and winter 2011/2012 will cold down right COLD for a HUGE chunk of the united states and stay that way for years to come. It's call global climate change it's the earths cycles. Not man made it's all pure mother nature were going into a cool faze for the enxt 25 ta 50 years sorta like a mini ice age. no way of getting out of it not way of stopin it. dress warm guys and stay postive and we all will get through this. I heard this on here many months ago and i seen the weatherman talking about it this year and read a yahoo story on it as well. We'll see if it really happens but i think it will.

Yes i love the cold and snow. My favorites are nor'easter thats a gift from God haha
