how would 2011-2012 winter be like for west virginia seens we didnt get to see much snow this year seens the la nina will next year winter gonna be worester then 2009-2010 because we had 6ft total that year how bad and how cold gonna be next year

We just got into Winter 2010 and are barely starting to look at Spring 2011. You should wait until June/July to worry about Winter 2011. I hope it turns out to be a neutral winter because we get way more snow in Neutral winters than in La Nina's in the PNW.
