An 8.8 magnitude earthquake has struck Japan. Checked in on FNN, Japanese news network, large fire on the water front near airport in Tokyo. Quake was only 80 miles deep off of Sendai, NNW of Tokyo. NBC reporter in Tokyo said they were being told to leave their building. Have seen Tsunami waters pulling cars and boats together out to sea just south of Sendai. All of the Pacific, from Russia to Hawaii, is under Tsunami warning. Japan’s Mets are seeing a 20′ tsunami moving along the eastern coast of Japan. No reports from Sendai, a very large city, which was just west of epicenter.
