I live in the Houston area where we have not recorded measurable precipitation in 57 days. We just broke the record for being the driest spring on record. We need prayers for the farmers in just about all of Texas.

Hope some rain comes your way soon… we’ve been getting a ton of it here lately, fortunately not to the point of flooding.
It’s always incredible though when you have some regions flooding (Mississippi) and then not too far away another region (Texas) is in severe drought.
Severest of severe. My area just south of Houston has had less than 1/10 th of an inch in the last 60 days! My Neighbors in Louisiana just a few hours drive east have flooding from the Mississippi river threatening there homes.
It must be frustrating for everybody! What needs to be done is a giant pipeline should be built to pump the floodwaters into the drought area!
