		<description><![CDATA[Very good point. It is very possible to have above-average temperatures OVERALL and still have bouts of cold weather that lead to above-average snowfall for the season. That&#039;s what happened for us in 2007-2008, a mild winter as far as temps went but we were over 20 inches of snow above normal because it was very stormy and the storms hit at the right times.
 
FA calls for average temps and above-normal snow up here. Of course, even average is &quot;cold&quot; I guess when you&#039;re this far north.]]></description>
