Fatima, Was wondering if you think we here in the Eastern Panhandle (Martinsburg) of West Virginia will still have a nasty winter. Cold and snowy, or not much of anything. I have heard alot of different predictions and am starting to get confused. Thank you

overall, i think you will have some times of very cold weather and long periods of heavy snowfalls from time to time so yes, a cold and snowy winter indeed for ya pal!

I know we have had a wet spring and summer this year and all I keep thinking about is the last time we had a wet spring and summer. That was the winter we had those BIG snows. And we are getting a whole lot of rain from Lee started on Labor Day and will be with us the rest of this week. Maybe as much as 6 inches or more expected
