TS Philipe has formed in the eastern Atlantic.  www.nhc.noaa.gov

    now,ofilia they said it’ll be close, but shouldn’t hit. Now, i don’t know a lot about philippe, as it’s new, but may most likely have atleast a chance of hitting the usa.
