Hi there,
My dad used to make a delicious recipe called ‘Potato Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting’ and we have lost the recipe. Although the name isn’t appealing it is actually a very delicious cake.
The recipe was published in the 1981 Old Farmer’s Almanac.
I have been unable to locate this issue.
My dad passed away a few years ago but my sister and I are hoping somebody has the recipe.
If you could post it here we would really appreciate it.

they keep all kinds of magazines also.
