West Virginia 2011 winter outlook?

How much incs is west virginia gonna get this year and i saw full black wooly the other day i guess that means a bad winter

    I live in Southern West Virginia where, this coming Friday, the forecast is calling for snow at night with a low of 39. This is also predicted with all of the models.

    Wow good for you. We live in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia and it’s going to be alot cooler next weekend with a high of 45 for Saturday and in the low 30′s at night.
