I’m from southern wi and it looks like we’re gonna miss out on a big storm. All forecast models are showing a strong storm for next weekend, but it goes too far north and west into minnesota. For the upper midwest to get snow (chicago/milwaukee for example), the storm would have to go a little south of Chicago. This is a week away and models are known for going too far north or south, so we’ll have to see. There is a pretty good consensus so far, so It’s not looking too good. I think I’m just envious of all the people in the northeast who got snow before the great lakes area. It is only fall afterall, but I love snow so much.
