White Thanksgiving

Posted By: TheMaineMan  Posted On: Nov 22nd, 2011  Filed Under: Weather

Got kind of a wildcard storm coming in tomorrow… possible rain, possible snow…. the rain/snow line will be a battle, but this could leave enough accumulation to last into Thanksgiving.

First a white Halloween… now a white Thanksgiving?

Also last night’s low was 18 degrees… I guess winter is on its way after all!

10 inches in my town! The most snow I’ve seen in November in a long time. Average November snow is only 4 inches, so definitely above average.

I wonder if this snow can stick into spring as we head into December.

dang, I’m jealous.   however, we still need to hang the big plow on the new truck.   its been a really busy week.

    enjoy!

At last! I’ve gotten my camera and computer to get along! I’ll post some pictures along with the Halloween storm later today (also a few from last year when we had just under 100 inches for the season).
