I got this question to ask you. what about those changes you said for the mid-Atlantic region? Because I know I should wait patiently. But it is nearly the end of the month and it is still mild, which concerns me a bit and still hoping the cold and snow will come my way in time.
Also, will it stay nice and wintry for us for the rest of the winter from there on from December and February?
And do you know when the next cold front comes?

Google your state and front maps. This will show you where the fronts are and what direction they are moving in. You will be able to tell when the weather is changing because the wind direction will change. If the direction shifts back and forth between a few directions, it’s unsettled weather and likely to change. Cirrus clouds generally foretell changing weather. Become your own weather detective. Wunderground.com lets you input your zip code. It will give you a local home weather station. Hit select and you’ll be able to choose from several in your area. On this page, Wunderground has an almanac. This will give you the history of your local weather. You should be able to tell from that info. Get yourself a good barometer. The barometer generally rises for good weather and falls for bad. A steady barometer indicates the weather will stay the same.

And this warm front will be here in Maryland now into next week. UGH!!! I am still waiting for it to go away. I want it to be cold again!
