What a weird winter so far this year

some odd things have indeed been observed this winter season…a lack of snow and cold in the Northeast and Midwest, and a surplus of snow in places like Texas, and now…one of the largest and most unusual snowstorms I have ever seen in February here in Monument, it snowed for nearly 48 hours straight, which is almost unheard of here in Colorado, and in the end, nearly 2 feet fell with drifts reaching 3 to 5 feet in some places…some places northwest of here got as much as 50 inches, but not a single significant snowfall throughout all of January, makes me wonder what may be coming for March?..I am sure we all have the same kinds of questions about what is to come in the weeks and months that remain obscure to all of us, well, lt me know what all of you guys are thinking for this month, March, and April, I would love to hear some feedback, until then, take care all

I totally agree. This winter was horrible, especially for the Chicago area. We only had 13-14 inches of snow this year, and the snow cover did not last even a week. Thus, the most logical thing we snow lovers can do is “Tebow” and pray to the Good Lord that the winter of 2012-2013 would definitely be a year with a winter. Even if we were to get some type of El Nino going on here by this time next year, even if it would only provide a cooler October, November and/or December, the least Mother Nature can do is provide us lots of snow, especially for the Holiday Season. That way, Christmas can be more festive, instead of it being bland, unlike this year’s nauseating Holiday Season. Take care and enjoy the SuperBowl.
