I know winter is a long ways off but what the heck, it’ll make for some good conversation, right? As we all have agreed this past winter was a total heart-breaking bust. But may be there is some hope of a turn around this upcoming winter. This spring everything has been at least a month, if not more, early. The blackberries are already in bloom, lightning bugs are already out, various plant growing early and producing very well, the cotton wood trees are putting out more seed than I have ever seen, its literally pilling up on the ground like snow & of course the insects will be thick… etc. With everything being at least a month early one is safe to assume winter will follow the same path. And could it be that everything is “mass producing” to prepare for what is to come? What say you?

Heat, drought and extreme fires here…so bad that parts of Colorado Springs have been evacuated, temperatures in the 90s and 100s for a week straight now, powerful downsloping winds, parched and even dying vegetaion and the forecasts show little signs of any precipitation at all (other than scattered ash showers) for any time in the foreseeable future across most of Colorado, in fact, they warn that it could get even hotter, with all time records falling by an even greater margin for us, I don’t call it a heat wave, personally, I call it a hell wave, because it has brought with it scenes like you would imagine hell looking like, fires everywhere, blistering and deadly heat, strong winds out of the west to southwest which are robbing the atmosphere of any and all moisture…humidity levels below 10, dew points below zero to single digits in some cases…what a nightmare, hopefully it ends before we lose everything here…the only hope of relief is when El Nino kicks into high gear.
Wow, that’s horrible that Colorado is having to go through all that, I hope some rain and cooler temperatures come your way soon, but I don’t think that will be happening anytime soon….really anywhere, well unless your in the way of Debby. But the South won’t have much luck either. Low tonight will be 59, so I’m happy about that, but here’s how my forecast looks: Thurs – 101. Fri – 104. Sat – 103. Temperatures that will follow will be in the upper 90′s. I won’t be able to take it! As for the October talk, I didn’t notice that. Even though it would cause countless problems, it would be amazing to have a blizzard seen somewhere. As for my area, if anything, we would see a few flurries. Because where I live, just seeing flurries in October is something to write home about.
guys better get ready for a real hot summer this year with no exception of cool down but the october will cool down end of the month but early and mid fall in the all of great lakes and midwest will have roller coaster ride temperature but the end of november we will be dealing with el nino turning strong for that time and december will be very hot we won’t see any snow for this winter the snow lover will have to go to the southern plains to see snow there bc the pole shift we are going into the massive sun cycle its been boiling up for long time and we are overdue for big solar activity and it will be devastated on earth and humans too.
and effect the humans too
I don’t personally buy that high solar activity stuff, I have to ask where the proof is, but I have seen the factsfor myself, the sun has so far had the lowest peak in sunspot activity in a very long timeposits singly one of lowest in history, this heat is definitely a lasting product of a La Nina that just won’t completely let go of it’s grip on us, even in death the bastard won’t give it up, but as I have been closely monitoring the forecast, I have seen gripping evidence that supports us not only going into El Niño by late summer into early fall, but shocking evidence that the PDO is potentially starting to turn positive, especially off the coast of Japan you will see this evidence, so I wouldn’t count on this heat and drought lasting for the entire summer, because if El Niño finally goes into effect, twill with more convection in the atmosphere across the eastern south Pacific, which fuels more storm activity, the weather across the US will have to change eventually, agreed?
