On July 4th of this year it was 106 degrees outside and me and my family went to the beach and the old guards tower near the beach in my town. which now belongs to the coast guard. and i took a very beautiful shot of the beach and lighthouse and off in the distance to the west of the picture you can see the Chicago skyline perfectly. i only live 45 miles away from the city and on clear days you can allmost put your hand out and grab the city lol. But anyways i found this picture tonight and thought id share it with you guys. ~Dan~
Beautiful picture. It was 100 degrees here on the Fourth, which is why we stayed inside for most of the day.
thank you Delstein. and ya it’s been hot all summer here too. and this was at 9am in the morning and it was still hot.
