That’s odd though, we don’t get rainfall in the winter, so that forecast doesn’t make much sense unless you live in far southeastern colorado
colder than normal with mixed snow sleet and rain
that means snowstorms and snowy which northeast midatlantic southeast deep south will most likely see with the el nino coming
