		<description><![CDATA[I could have sworn that they have had this in the past- I distinctly remember doing this previously with each new seasonal outlook. That&#039;s why I am so surprised. Because I remember clicking on my area (Northeast) to get a better look at the map because I can be right on the line where I am, and before I get too excited, I like to see where they draw the line.  But maybe I am thinking of the four month, but I am so sure they have done this!!!! ]]></description>
