Well, finally got a good look at the persimmon tree in the back. I see NO evidence of berries! We’ve lived in this house for 10 years and this is the first time it hasn’t started producing the berries yet. We usually see the start of them about now and around the end of October/beginning of November is when they are ripe. NOTHING!

BUT, that may be because another tree behind it has crowded it and there’s not enough sunlight getting to it. Will watch it for the next couple of weeks and see if anything changes.
