Hello,
OK we all know that fizzy drinks are bad for us for a million different reasons.
Fruit juices are supposedly either too sugary or too acidic to drink on a regular basis.
Milk is too fatty.
I know water is best for hydration, but I need to gain weight and anyway, water is boring. So apart from water, just what is it that we’re supposed to be drinking all the time?

Plain water is a significant source of liquid intake in many humans, but many beverages like juices, milk, sparkling drinks, coffee and tea are more than 85% water and are therefore also an important source of water. It has been shown that the variety of sources, colours and flavours of beverages is as important as variety of food in nutrition. You can look at all the information on this topic at this link
It’s all about the money
Skim milk isn’t too fatty. It doesn’t have any fat in it.
A couple cups of juice per day won’t kill you.
Gatorade is decent sugar and calorie-wise.
Green tea is a very healthful drink.
Hi,
There are many options for what to drink, but without a doubt, water is the best choice: It’s calorie-free.If children frequently drink fizzy, they will get a larger risk for a number of health difficulties.
Thanks,
Jam Jun
