I hope it is snow, but i think it will end up being a big rain maker. lets hope i am wrong..

Our local Met for Richmond is calling for rain, sayng that the storm might be closer to Bemuda. Just the mere fact that they’re talking about it this early makes me suspicious. I know that they don’t want to alarm anyone; but I believe it’s best to be prepared. Power outages, flooding, hopefully a little snow ( I know the snow part is far fetch for Va). This could be devasting!
