Andrew on http://www.theweathercentre.blogspot.com/ has been talking about a potential winter storm for more than a few days now and keeps upgrading the risk even though its still a good week out so many things can still and probably will change. Others on here have pointed out this blog website out too and since this forum seems to have died off, I thought I should mention it since the northeast historic blizzard was barely talked about on here.

southwestern ontario in for high impact snowstorm next week two monster storm this should be on the alert, keep on posting for upcoming brutal storm potential
Its noted on that page that there is potential for widespread snowfall with this system that threatens to move even slower increasing the chances for a high impact blizzard but this is a week out!
I can see this being a total dud for Fort Wayne as Chicago gets slammed

I heard about that. Next thursday into friday me and blizzardking etc are suppose to get nailed big time with a huge winter storm. Yet People keep on talking about the northeast.. I mean why?? the Nemo thing is LONG gone now. I was there plowing in Boston and NYC and parts of rhode island and ya they got hit with a good nor easter but dang the media needs to stop talking about that storm and the hurricane sandy it’s done it’s over move on. Talk about the possible winter storm/blizzard the upper midwest may get.. I think it will happen i hope we get 3 feet of snow with drifts as high as 12 feet,, Last time i seen that cool stuff was in 1994 in germany when i was in the army..

I know you can get snow. Precip is about to move through your area and if you drop just a couple more degrees you will get snow. Around Greenville, they got 3 inches.
We finally got some.Big flakes but if that’s all we get then it sucks still.
Quit after just a few hours.Does suck.

weatherman is giving us a chance at snow thursday. to hear the “s” word mentioned 4-5 days out… it must be a good chance.
