I just received my order of Virginia Bluebells “bulbs.”    When is the right time to plant them?  They usually bloom in April, I am told.  
I am in Zone 7 in West TN.   The ground is workable.  The last frost date is abut a month off of so.  It is spitting snow right now and most of it is is not staying on the ground.  In fact there are parts of the ground with no snow.
There a few small, rock garden daffodils that are blooming.  They have been in the ground for several years.   The new ones I planted in the fall are just starting to come up with the tulips I also planted then.
