The Pac Nw. will be Cool and Stormy at times more snow than last winter winter’s battle zone can change though still Early.
Midwest/ Great Lakes Pretty Snowy and Cold.
Northeast. Normal Temps but also Precip.
Southeast. Warm and pretty Wet.
South. Normal Temps and Wet.
Southwest. Normal Temps and a bit dry a few storms are in the forecast still. 
umm midwest and the great lakes will have warm winter they are saying its turning positive for the winter time the ocean is warming in the northeast pacific will drive the jet stream north of canada and the tornadoes will be in the south for short periods of time in the winter but high winds severe weather will be here in the midwest and the gl states and some parts of the south will be warm cause the storm for more tornadoes are tornadoes again below average just like last year wow but late this tornadoes will start in the south then late in the winter it will move the tornado alley in the midwest and into the great lakes in the late winter of 2014 early winter the great lakes will have below average of snow this because the earth is shifting and it will make it warmer this winter over here which could screw up the planet we should see that kind of event in november the extreame northern canada will get blizzards and icestorm.
