I agree with that prediction 95 to 98% I think you should bought the dark shade of blue up little bit northern. the winter battle zone should be up around Nebraska,oklahoma and Arkansas.And the rainy part should be middle to lower part of texas

I think it will plan I just hope it’s not true for PNW though like I said I agree with it but I think Normal Precip and Warm for PNW also if any snow happens it won’t be real snow he says no snow at all not even a mix I don’t agree with that I also see a decent Windstorm that may happen this Winter here.

I also think the PNW won’t see any real snow but we might experience Wet Snow maybe two-three times throughout the Winter
