I live in Northeast Tennessee and this summer has been a very odd one. We have had a crazy amount of rain and we really haven’t many hot days. By this time of the year its usually hot and humid, sometimes over 100 degrees, Anyway we do not see wooly worms until the last of September first of October. While the kids and I were on a walk we saw around 10 or so all black with just a little dark brown band.
I’ve NEVER seen wolly worms this time of the year. Is it just me or is this too early to start seeing them?
