Snow Pudding - Soak one ounce of gelatin in one pint of cold water for ten minutes; place the same of the fire; stir and remove as soon dissolved, and when nearly cold, beat to a stiff froth with an egg beater; beat the whites of three eggs to a stiff froth and add to the gelatin froth together with the juice of three lemons and pulverized together; next pour into molds to cool; serve with a soft custard made with the eggs.
