Apple Pancakes

1 cup milk

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 tablespoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon cooking oil

1 apple, cut into eighths

Put all ingredients, except apple, into blender. Cover and process at low speed until blended. Stop and add apples, cover and process at high only until apples are finely grated. Pour onto a hot well greased griddle. Yield: 10 to 12 pancakes.
