1 medium onion, minced
6 tablespoons butter
1 cup chopped celery
3 cups day-old bread crumbs
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 cups diced apples
Pinch of sage
